China's Largest Health Food Exhibition Awarding Plan


【背景】Background

为规范健康行业的发展,关注民生问题,营造安全放心的消费环境,倡导健康文明的消费方式,树立国内保健品牌的地位,鼓励为行业做出贡献的杰出企业代表,促进健康保健产业的繁荣发展。由中国最大保健食品展组委会倡导,广东省营养健康产业协会、广东省保健食品行业协会、振威展览集团联合主办,开展“中国最大保健食品展评选”活动。通过此次评审活动,树立行业标榜,为企业提高品牌知名度、拓展渠道、加大产品宣传以及提升企业美誉度等提供保障。

In order to regulate the health industry development, create a safe environment for the consumer, and encourage the outstanding enterprises representatives, Guangzhou Zhenwei International Exhibition Co., Ltd ,GD Nutrition & Health Industry Association with sponsorship of China Public Union Nutrition, Health Care Food Profession Association of Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Health Products Association , , zhenwei exhibition group jointly held “China’s Largest Health Food Exhibition Evaluating”. This activity will help to parade and guide industry development and improve brand awareness, expand channels, increase product promotion and enhance corporation reputation.


【宗旨】Purpose

(1)树立行业标榜,引导行业发展;

(2)提高企业及产品品牌知名度;

(3)为企业拓展销售渠道;

(4)扭转社会对保健行业的看法,改善大众的消费观;

(5)为健康保健企业的发展提供更有利的环境;

(6)对行业新产品研究学术水平给予肯定和表彰。

参评范围:保健食品、营养滋补品、天然食品及企业。

B. "Best Brand Award", "Corporation Integrity Award" (only two for similar products);
C. "Recommended Product Award" "Quality Product Award" (only three for similar products);
D. "Excellent Self-owned Award " (only two for similar products).
Above PARTICIPATING range: health food, health medicine,nutrition,  organic food, home health care products and enterprises.

【参选条件】

1、参评者只限于参加中国最大保健食品展的参展企业;

2、凡企业或代表产品有注册商标、有明确标识、包装符合国家要求,质量好,有一定产量和市场占有率,有较好的经济效益和完善的售后服务的参展产品。

2, Participating enterprises or products should own trademarks, clear identification, legitimate packing, excellent quality and have certain market share and perfect after-sale service.

【申请报送方法】

1、报送方法与要求:

1)所有参评者必须在规定截止时间内将完备的相关申请材料提交给评委团;(详见报名表)

2)通过初审者,每个参评项目须向评委会缴纳专家评审费;用于专家评审劳务、评选材料损耗、奖牌与奖证制作等费用;在汇款时需清楚注明参评项目,将汇款凭证传真至组委会;

3)所有参评者提交的参评材料必须一式三份,附注清楚联系人、电话、传真、电子邮箱、通讯地址及邮编,并同时提供企业合法的营业执照、税务登记证复印件等;

4)所有参评者的参评材料及复印件均不退还。

【Application and Submit】
1, submit and requirements:
1) All application material should be submit within the deadline( Reference to the application form)

2) Those who through the trial should pay for expert assessment fee and clearly stated the name of award in the remittance
3) All application materials must be submitted in triplicate and state clearly contacts, telephone, fax, e-mail, post address and zip code as well as providing a copy of legitimate enterprise business license and tax registration certificate, etc
4) All application materials and copies will not be returned.

2、报送时间及地点

1)报名:参展单位向组委会申报参评的项目,备齐评选内容中所要求的材料(申请表、企业营业执照复印件、获得批文及认证的证书(有效期内)的复印件、税务登记证复印件、产品检验报告原件及复印件各一份等)寄交组委会,参评项目截止时间为20178月10日。

2)在中国最大保健食品展开幕式上举行颁奖仪式,宣布评选结果,颁发荣誉证书及奖牌,并由媒体进行采访。

2, Date and venue

1) Applicant applies to organizing committee for the award and submit the complete materials (application form, copy of business license, obtain approvals and certification certificates (validity period) a copy of tax registration certificate, original and photocopy of products QC reports etc.) before deadline August 31, 2014.
2) Awarding ceremony held on the expo opening ceremony and announced the evaluation results, awarded honorary certificates and medals and interviewed by the media.


【评审费用】Evaluation Fees

报名费:200元人民币/品种

媒体宣传费用:2000.00元人民币/品种

评审及证书费:博览会“金奖”:(80000.00)元人民币;

“最佳品牌”、“诚信企业”奖、“优秀自主品牌”奖:(60000.00)元人民币;

“推荐产品”奖、“优质产品奖”:(50000.00)元人民币。

如果未评选上所参评的奖项,评审组委会将退还媒体宣传刊登费和专家评审及牌匾制作费。

Should the applicants do not win above awards, the organizing committee will return the promotion fee, evaluation fee and plaque fee.
